King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard

In February 2021, King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard performed "O.N.E" live at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl in Melbourne, marking a pivotal moment for the band during the pandemic. Just prior to this recording, they had released their eighth studio album, 'L.W.', which continued the sonic exploration that fans have come to love. This album is the companion piece to 'K.G.', showcasing their signature blend of psychedelia with a distinct focus on intricate melodies and compelling rhythms. What’s fascinating here is that the concert double as a charity event, pledging 50% of all sales from the related releases to Greenfleet, aimed at reforesting efforts in Australia and New Zealand. This aligns perfectly with the band’s ethos of supporting environmental causes and makes the live performance not just a musical event, but a meaningful one for the local community and beyond.
