Iron Maiden

In 2017, Iron Maiden was riding high on the success of their ambitious album, 'The Book of Souls,' released in 2015. This was a significant period as it marked their return after a five-year gap, and it was also the first album featuring guitarist Janick Gers, whose energy blended seamlessly with the band’s powerful sound. The 'Book of Souls' album, a double LP, showcased themes of mortality and spiritual exploration, which resonated deeply with fans. In fact, during the live recording at Oracle Arena in Oakland on July 5, 2017, the band performed tracks from this album, among other classics. This concert not only reflected their enduring legacy in heavy metal but also highlighted their ability to captivate audiences with both new and old material, all while demonstrating their unyielding stage presence.
