Sonic Youth

In June 2002, Sonic Youth, a band known for pushing the boundaries of alternative rock, delivered an electrifying performance at the Paradiso in Amsterdam. By this time, they had recently released their critically acclaimed album, "Murray Street" in 2002. This album showcased their signature sound while incorporating new textures and influences, stemming from their efforts to stay fresh and innovative. Interestingly, during this period, Sonic Youth was also writing and recording new material, which would later appear in their follow-up album, "Rather Ripped".
