By this time, they had just celebrated their 40th anniversary and were still capturing the hearts of fans with their classic hits. This performance came shortly after they released their album 'Southbound' in late 2014, which featured modern renditions of their timeless tracks, showcasing both their enduring legacy and adaptability. Interestingly, 'Listen to the Music,' a staple of their live shows, was not only a crowd favorite but also a reflection of the band’s signature blend of rock, country, and soul. Also, in this era, the band was touring with an authentic energy, as original members like Tom Johnston continued to lead the charge, connecting with fans across generations.
