Weezer

In August 2016, Weezer was in the midst of an exciting phase in their career, having just released their album "Everything Will Be Alright in the End" in 2014, which marked their return to form after a few mixed reviews on earlier efforts. At that point, they were also touring to promote their more recent release, "Weezer" known as the "White Album" that dropped in 2016, just a few months before this live performance in Phoenix. This was an interesting time for the band, blending nostalgic tunes with fresh sounds, as they were taking risks while also celebrating their iconic style. The live recording captures the vibrant energy of their performance, showcasing a mix of old favorites and newer tracks, highlighting their evolution over the years.
