In June 2022, ZZ Top took the stage at the First Interstate Center for the Arts in Spokane, WA, delivering an electrifying performance that showcased their iconic sound. Just prior to this live recording, the band had released their album "Raw", which hit the shelves in 2021 and features a collection of early hits reimagined in stripped-down versions, offering fans a fresh take on their classic tunes. This live show was very special, not only because it marked a continued celebration of their extensive legacy, but also because it came during a pivotal time as it followed the sad passing of bassist Dusty Hill in 2021. His presence was undoubtedly felt, highlighting the enduring brotherhood underpinning the band's chemistry. Attendees remarked on the fact that ZZ Top performed about 90% of their beloved classics, making it a memorable night for fans, with a mix of nostalgia and the palpable energy that only a live show can bring.
