By July 2012, ZZ Top was celebrating an impressive legacy, having come a long way since their early days. Prior to this live recording at Brøndby Stadion, the band released their album 'Recycler' in 1990 and had been enjoying a resurgence with their clever blend of rock and blues. Their hits 'La Grange,' from the 1973 album 'Tres Hombres,' and 'Tush,' from the 1975 album 'Fandango!,' showcase their iconic sound and flair for storytelling. Interestingly, during this period, ZZ Top’s distinctive beards became a symbol of their identity, becoming almost as renowned as their music. With a career spanning over four decades, they still captivated audiences with their high-energy live performances, demonstrating that real rock 'n' roll never goes out of style. What’s more, performing in Copenhagen added an international flair, celebrating their global appeal in the world of music.
