Broken Social Scene

In October 2007, Broken Social Scene was riding high on the wave of their critically acclaimed album, "Broken Social Scene," which had been released just a year earlier in 2005. This sophomore outing showcased a more refined sound and further solidified their status in the Canadian indie rock scene. Their live performance of "Lover's Spit" at KOKO in London featured a beautiful blend of ethereal melodies and anthemic choruses, perfectly capturing the raw energy the band is known for. Interestingly, by this time, the band's lineup had expanded to include an impressive array of musicians, which often made their live shows an eclectic and vibrant experience.
