In November 2012, Pulp had recently reunited after a lengthy hiatus, having released their last studio album, "We Love Life," back in 2001. By the time of their live performance at the Primavera Fauna festival in Santiago, Chile, they were basking in a resurgence of interest, thanks to their iconic blend of Britpop and witty storytelling. This concert marked their first show in Chile, a significant milestone that underscored their revitalized connection with fans in South America. Interestingly, frontman Jarvis Cocker’s characteristic charisma was palpable throughout the set, showcasing not just their melodic brilliance but also the band’s unique ability to turn personal, often mundane experiences into resonant, relatable music for the audience.
