The atmosphere was electric, which was fitting since 'Common People' had become an anthem of working-class struggle and aspiration since its original release in 1995. Fans reveled in the nostalgia, while the band’s charismatic frontman, Jarvis Cocker, brought a unique blend of wit and intensity to the performance, proving that Pulp's spirit was very much alive and kicking.
