In October 2016, The Pretenders were in a vibrant phase of their career, performing at the Toyota Center in Houston during a tour that opened for the legendary Stevie Nicks. Before this live recording, they had released their album "Alone" in 2016, which marked their return after a decade since their last studio effort. 'Alone,' produced by the iconic John Shanks, showcased a fresh sound while retaining the band’s signature rock essence.
