In June 2017, Def Leppard delivered an electrifying performance of "Hysteria" in Edmonton, a fitting highlight during their extensive tour celebrating the album's legacy. Prior to this live recording, the band had released their twelfth studio album, 'Def Leppard,' in 2015, marking a strong return with a fresh sound while still paying homage to their classic roots. The ‘Hysteria’ album itself, released in 1987, is often considered a defining moment not just for the band but for rock music overall, producing hits like "Pour Some Sugar on Me" and "Love Bites." It's remarkable to note that despite losing their drummer Rick Allen's arm in a tragic accident, he adapted using a custom drum kit, which only added to the band's legendary status. This concert in Rogers Place showcased their resilience and dedication, proving why Def Leppard remain treasured icons in rock history.
