By the time of the 2018 performance, Gomez had released several albums that demonstrated their evolving style and musical maturity, including "Whatever's On Your Mind" in 2011 and "Finding Time" in 2015. The Brooklyn concert featured a setlist that largely revisited their early hits alongside newer material, showcasing their ability to engage fans both old and new. Interestingly, the band's journey includes multiple genre explorations and lineup changes over the years, consistently retaining their unique sound despite changes in the music landscape.
