KISS

In October 1996, KISS was riding high on the wave of their much-anticipated Reunion Tour, which marked the return of the original lineup after two decades. Just prior to this live recording, the band had released 'Psycho Circus' earlier that same month. This album was a significant milestone, as it was the first featuring the classic foursome—Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, Ace Frehley, and Peter Criss—since 1979. The live performance at the Rosemont Horizon in Chicago showcased their unmatched stage presence with a setlist brimming with fan favorites like 'Deuce,' 'Calling Dr. Love,' and 'Firehouse.' Interestingly, the 'Psycho Circus' album was noted for its ambitious concept and marked a triumphant comeback, revitalizing their image and music in the late '90s rock scene.
