KISS

In April 1997, KISS was on their Reunion Tour, a pivotal moment in their career that brought them back together with original members after a long hiatus. Just prior to this live recording in Toledo, they had released 'Psycho Circus' in 1998, an album celebrated for being the first to feature all four original members in decades. This album not only reignited interest in the band but also coincided with their memorable return to the stage. The live performance of 'Shock Me' showcases the electric energy that KISS was famous for, especially with Ace Frehley commanding the guitar. Interestingly enough, this concert in John F. Savage Hall came during a time when the band was seriously reconnecting with their fanbase, revisiting the iconic personas that made them legends. It’s a beautiful moment frozen in time, delivering nostalgia and raw rock ‘n’ roll.
