KISS

In June 2008, KISS was in the midst of their 'Alive 35' tour, which celebrated the 35th anniversary of their iconic live album 'Alive!' released back in 1975. This live recording from Copenhagen's Forum showcases the band’s ability to captivate audiences with their theatrical performances and classic hits. Just prior to this concert, they had released the studio album 'Sonic Boom' in 2009 which marked a significant comeback, channeling their classic rock roots while updating their sound for a new audience. Interestingly, KISS is known not just for their music, but for their elaborate stage shows, complete with pyrotechnics and iconic costumes, creating a rock experience like no other. It's fascinating to see how they balanced their legacy while still bringing fresh energy to the stage during the 'Alive 35' tour.
