The Strokes

On May 31, 2014, The Strokes debuted their new song "Happy Ending" during an electrifying performance at the Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York. This live recording came just after the release of their fifth studio album, "Comedown Machine," which dropped in 2013 and showcased a more mature sound with a blend of new wave and synth-pop influences. It's interesting to note that while this album received mixed reviews, fans were eager to hear new material live, especially following a three-year hiatus from studio releases prior.
