In June 2015, Modest Mouse took the stage at the Firefly Festival, delivering an electrifying live version of "King Rat." The album marked their return after a considerable hiatus, showcasing the band's distinctive sound and lyrical themes that fans had come to love. Interestingly, this was the first album to feature new guitarist and notable producer Jim Fairchild, giving the band's sound a fresh twist.
