In December 2012, HAIM was riding a wave of momentum following their debut EP, 'Forever,' released in late 2012. This live recording at the iconic Troubadour in West Hollywood showcases their vibrant energy and musical talent just as they were beginning to capture the attention of the music scene. It was an exhilarating time for the trio as they crafted their signature blend of pop, rock, and soulful harmonies. The performance of 'Better Off' reflects their burgeoning presence, characterized by infectious melodies and relatable lyrics. Interestingly, HAIM would go on to achieve significant acclaim, with their full-length debut album, 'Days Are Gone,' dropping a year later in 2013.
