Dark Star Orchestra

In 2014, Dark Star Orchestra delivered a captivating performance of "Black Throated Wind" at the Gathering of the Vibes Music Festival. Just before this gig, the band had released their album "All Good Things" in 2013, which showcases their deep appreciation for Grateful Dead's legacy while also allowing them to express their own musical identity. Notably, by the time of this live recording, DSO was already well-established in the music scene, known for recreating and reinterpreting classic Grateful Dead shows. This performance at Seaside Park marked yet another gathering of dedicated fans who revel in the nostalgia and vibrant energy that DSO brings to the stage, effectively entrancing both lifelong Deadheads and new listeners alike.
