On December 31, 2019, Guided by Voices delivered a marathon New Year's Eve set at the Teragram Ballroom in Los Angeles, showcasing their eclectic sound through an impressive 100-song performance. Just prior to this ambitious live recording, the band had released 'Sweating the Plague' in April of the same year, a work that captured their signature lo-fi charm while exploring deeper lyrical themes.
