In December 2011, Mudhoney showcased their gritty, raw sound during a live performance at the Manning Bar in Sydney, Australia. At this point in their career, the band had just released their eighth studio album, "The Lucky Ones," in 2008, which continued to earn them cult status in the grunge and alternative rock scene. Interestingly, this album marked a significant return after a period of relative quiet, proving that even after years of evolving, their dynamic and energetic performances could still captivate audiences. The live recording of "If I Think" reflects the band’s vigorous energy on stage, embodying their signature blend of punk rock and heavy distortion.
