The String Cheese Incident

On August 7, 2021, The String Cheese Incident performed at the iconic Greek Theatre in Berkeley, showcasing their unique blend of bluegrass, rock, and jam band spirit. Prior to this live recording, they had released their album "Believe" in 2016, marked by a more studio-polished sound. Interestingly, during the pandemic, the band became known for their outdoor concerts, which provided a much-needed connection to live music. Their improvisational talent was on full display at this show, particularly in the extended jams like "iBam!" and "Berkeley Jam," which reflected their passion for interactive performances. This year was pivotal, signaling a reinvigoration of their live presence, as they embraced the joy of performing together again and capturing the energy of the crowd after a long hiatus.
