Phish

By August 2015, when Phish performed at The Mann Center for the Performing Arts in Philadelphia, they were well-established in their career, with a dedicated fan base and a reputation for their improvisational live performances. Just prior to this performance, the band released their studio album "Fuego" in 2014, which marked a notable return to form and was their first studio album in five years. The live recording from 2015 is particularly interesting as it features the debut of "Skin It Back" after a lengthy absence, which had not been played since 2012—a gap of 111 shows, illustrating the band's tendency to revive older songs to surprise and engage their audience. Moreover, the set showcased several intricate teases and quotes, highlighting Phish's unique blend of improvisation and structure that defines their live shows.
