The Allman Brothers Band

In April 2014, during the Wanee Festival, The Allman Brothers Band delivered an electrifying performance of the Grateful Dead classic "Franklin's Tower," with guest guitarist Trey Anastasio joining in on the magic. This live recording took place just a few months after the release of their final studio album, "Betts, Smith, and the Allman Brothers Band," which came out in 2012. This was a period of both celebration and reflection for the band, as they were nearing the end of their illustrious career, having announced their final tour that same year.
