Widespread Panic

On June 20, 2014, Widespread Panic was in full swing, performing at the scenic FirstMerit Bank Pavilion in Chicago. This concert featured the captivating song 'Dark End of the Street,' bringing a rich blend of Southern rock, jazz, and blues to the stage. Before this show, the band had released their album 'Wood,' in 2010, which marked their first studio album in four years and gave fans a refreshed sound. It's interesting to note that this performance also featured special guests Derek Trucks and Susan Tedeschi, both renowned musicians who added a unique flair to the live rendition. At this point in their career, Widespread Panic was celebrating decades of touring, and their deep connection with the audience was palpable, illustrating why they’re so beloved in the jam band scene.
