Led Zeppelin

In April 1970, when Led Zeppelin performed "Bring It On Home" at the J.S. Dorton Arena in Raleigh, North Carolina, they were riding high on the success of their third album, *Led Zeppelin III*, released just months earlier in October 1970. This album marked a notable shift in their sound, blending hard rock with folk and acoustic elements—think more intricate guitar work and harmonious melodies, which was quite a departure from their earlier, heavier style. The Raleigh concert not only showcased the raw energy and musicianship that Led Zeppelin was renowned for, but it also highlighted their growing confidence as live performers.
