The Bestival set included beloved hits like "Close to Me" and "Friday I'm In Love," showcasing their knack for blending darkness and melody in a way that resonates with fans, old and new. Interestingly, this live recording came shortly after the band celebrated over 30 years in the industry, proving that their ability to captivate audiences remains undiminished. The concert was later compiled into a comprehensive release featuring 32 tracks, as if to remind everyone that The Cure's catalog is as deep as it is diverse—each song a testament to their enduring legacy in the music world.
