Pixies

In April 2011, when Pixies rocked the Eagles Ballroom in Milwaukee, they were riding a wave of nostalgia and renewed vigor. This live performance showcased their track “Silver,” a song from their 1989 album *Doolittle*, which remains a standout in their discography. Interestingly, the band had reunited in 2004 and was actively touring and recording again, reigniting old flames while charming a new generation of fans. By this time, they had also released an EP titled *EP2* in 2014, but during this particular concert, the energy was electric, drawing on their legacy rather than new material.
