Linkin Park - Bleed It Out Live at DTE Energy Music Theatre, Clarkston

Venue: Ford Amphitheatre Location: Tampa, Florida, United States Date: August 11, 2007

In August 2007, Linkin Park was in a prime moment of their career, fresh off the release of their third studio album, "Minutes to Midnight." This album marked a significant shift in their sound, moving towards a more mature and introspective direction compared to their earlier work. The live recording of "Bleed It Out" from the Projekt Revolution tour exemplifies this evolution, showcasing their iconic fusion of rock and hip-hop. Interestingly, this was the first album produced without the input of longtime collaborator Don Gilmore, giving the band a chance to explore new creative avenues. Fans at the Ford Amphitheatre in Tampa experienced the vibrant energy typical of a Linkin Park concert, as the band poured their heart into performances, which was especially poignant after the challenges faced in the post-9/11 landscape.
