On July 23, 2007, Warpaint electrified the airwaves during a live session on GTFU Radio in Los Angeles. At this point in their career, they had just released their debut EP, 'Exquisite Corpse,' which came out earlier that same year. This EP showcased their atmospheric sound and unique blend of art rock and dream pop, presenting a genuinely captivating experience that resonated with both the underground scene and budding fans. An interesting tidbit—Shannon Sossamon, while known for her acting, contributed her talents to the band, enriching their dynamic both musically and visually.
