Warpaint

In July 2019, Warpaint performed 'Stars' live at the iconic Splendour in the Grass festival in Byron Bay, Australia. At this point in their career, the band was fresh off the release of their third studio album, 'Heads Up,' which had dropped in 2016. This album explored a more experimental and eclectic sound, showcasing their evolution as musicians. Interestingly, 'Heads Up' featured a vibrant mix of influences, merging psych-rock vibes with pop sensibilities, something that really stood out in their live performance. Their chemistry on stage captivated fans, a testament to their strong bond formed over years of collaboration. Years later, fans reminisce about the atmosphere of that festival and the distinct energy Warpaint brought, blending intricate melodies with their signature ethereal sound.
