Band of Horses

On November 20, 2020, during an acoustic set at the Sharon King Amphitheater, Band of Horses consisted of founding members Ben Bridwell and Ryan Monroe. This performance came shortly after the release of their fifth studio album, "Why Are You OK," which dropped in 2016. By this time, the band had already garnered a reputation for their lush soundscapes and emotional intensity, blending indie rock with Americana influences. Though the pandemic backdrop marked a challenging period for live music, this intimate show highlighted their ability to connect with fans through stripped-down renditions of their heartfelt songs. Interestingly, Ben Bridwell's warm demeanor and Ryan's harmonies lent a fresh perspective to their beloved tracks, proving that even amid uncertainty, music remains a powerful unifier.
