In March 2007, Asia celebrated a significant milestone in their career with the release of "Fantasia - Live in Tokyo," which marked their 25th anniversary as a band. Just prior to this live recording, Asia had released the studio album "Gravitas" in 2014, showcasing their evolution and adaptability in the progressive rock landscape. This concert, held at the Tokyo Kousei Nenkin Kaikan, features 18 tracks, highlighting both classic hits and newer material, a testament to their enduring appeal. Interestingly, the band's lineup had undergone several changes over the years, but during this period, founding members like Geoff Downes and Carl Palmer brought that classic sound back to life, captivating a fresh audience while honoring longtime fans.
