In October 2022, Pavement took the stage at The Eastern in Atlanta, where they lit up the crowd during the first of two live shows, featuring songs like "Heckler Spray" and "Trigger Cut." This performance came nearly three decades after the band released their iconic album, "Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain," in 1994, which solidified their place in the indie rock scene. By the time of this recording, Pavement was enjoying a resurgence after their reunion tour began in 2021—their first in over a decade! Fans were thrilled to hear these beloved tracks live again, a testament to the band's enduring charm and influence. Interestingly, their setlist often included a mix of old favorites and lesser-known gems, allowing both die-hard fans and new listeners to relive the magic of 90s alternative rock.
