Jack White

In July 2018, Jack White took the stage at the Théâtre Antique de Fourvière in Lyon, France, to perform 'What's Done Is Done' during the Les Nuits de Fourvière Festival. This performance came shortly after the release of his third solo album, 'Boarding House Reach,' which dropped in March 2018. The album showcased White's adventurous spirit, blending rock, blues, and even hip-hop elements—definitely a departure from his earlier work. It's interesting to note that 'Boarding House Reach' was recorded in various places including his own home studio; that kind of authenticity shines through in his live performances as well. By this point in his career, White had firmly established himself not just as a performer, but as a cultural icon willing to push artistic boundaries. So watching him live in Lyon was truly witnessing a master at play, grappling with concepts of life and creativity, just as he does in his music.
