In August 2017, Smash Mouth delivered an electrifying performance at the Rib Fest in Council Bluffs, Iowa, showcasing their unique blend of pop rock and ska. Just prior to this live concert, the band had released their fifth studio album, 'Magic,' in 2012, which marked a pivotal point in their career as they transitioned from their late '90s peak to a more varied sound.
