As of January 30, 2025, when Phish performed at the Moon Palace in Cancun, Mexico, the band was actively touring and engaging with their fanbase following the release of the album "FARMHOUSE" in 2000 and a series of live albums and studio projects that continued to build their reputation as a leading jam band. By this date, the band had celebrated their return to the touring circuit and resumed their tradition of live performances after a hiatus, which included extensive improvisation and a mix of new and classic songs in their setlists. "Roggae," a fan-favorite track from their 1999 album "The Story of the Ghost," often showcases the band’s signature blend of musical exploration and lyrical introspection. Known for their unique ability to craft lengthy, spontaneous jams, Phish has maintained a loyal following, thriving in the live music scene, and continuously evolving their sound over the years.
