Little Feat

In November 1975, Little Feat showcased their incredible sound during a performance of "Long Distance Love" on the Old Grey Whistle Test, recorded at ALL3Y Studios in North Hollywood. This live recording came right after the release of their acclaimed album "The Last Record Album," which dropped just a few months earlier in 1975. This album was pivotal for the band, marking a maturation in their songwriting and musical complexity. Interestingly, despite the live atmosphere, the raw energy and funk-infused rock inherent in their music shone through, capturing the band's quintessential groove and spirit. Fans also got a glimpse of their innovative blend of blues, jazz, and Southern rock, which has since become the hallmark of Little Feat's enduring legacy.
