Renaissance

In June 1976, when Renaissance performed live at Carnegie Hall, the band was riding high on the success of their album "Scheherazade and Other Stories," which had been released earlier that year. During this concert, tracks like "Carpet of the Sun" and "Mother Russia" highlighted the powerful vocal talents of Annie Haslam, whose five-octave range became a defining characteristic of the band's sound.
