Soundgarden

In the live recording of "Beyond the Wheel" from February 14, 1987, at The Central Tavern in Seattle, Soundgarden was on the cusp of breaking through in the grunge scene, not long after releasing their debut album, *Ultramega OK*. That album had come out just a year prior, in 1988, showcasing the band’s unique sound that blended heavy metal with punk and psychedelic influences.
