Soundgarden

In August 2014, when Soundgarden took the stage at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in Irvine, they were deep in the groove of their comeback era. The band had released "King Animal," their first studio album in 16 years, back in 2012. This record was a significant milestone, blending their classic grunge sound with some fresh, modern elements. It was as if they were saying, “Hey, we’re back, and we still mean business!” During the live performance of "Gun," fans were treated to a raw energy that echoed their early days, reminding everyone how influential Soundgarden was to the grunge movement.
