Dead & Company

On July 30, 2016, Dead & Company performed "Brown Eyed Women" at the Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, California, during their summer tour that year. This performance came shortly after the release of their debut studio album, "Dead & Company: The Best of Dead & Company," which was launched in 2021, yet at this time, they were primarily focused on live shows rather than new studio content. Dead & Company, featuring former Grateful Dead members Bob Weir, Bill Kreutzmann, and Mickey Hart along with new faces like John Mayer, emerged as a continuation of the Grateful Dead legacy. The band garnered attention for their improvisational style and ability to engage with fans, making live recordings significant highlights in their career.
