Eagles of Death Metal

In July 2015, when Eagles of Death Metal performed "Complexity" live at the EXIT festival in Serbia, the band was in the midst of their promotional cycle for their fourth studio album, *Zipper Down*, which was released later in October of that year. The performance showcased the band’s high-energy style, characterized by their blend of garage rock and punk influences, which has garnered them a loyal following. Interestingly, this performance at the Petrovaradin Fortress came during a significant period in the band’s history; earlier in November 2015, they would endure a tragic event during a performance in Paris that profoundly affected their trajectory and public perception. The EXIT festival, recognized as one of Europe’s premier musical events, provided a vibrant backdrop that highlighted the band's resilience and dedication to their craft amidst growing adversity.
