Built to Spill

In June 2019, Built to Spill performed live at the Primavera Sound festival in Barcelona, celebrating the 20th anniversary of their influential album "Keep It a Secret." Prior to this recording, the band released "Untethered Moon" in 2015, which showcased their continued evolution and ability to engage with both long-time fans and newer audiences. The live performance featured a setlist that included fan favorites such as “Time Trap” and “Center of the Universe,” highlighting their signature blend of melodic rock and intricate guitar work. This particular show also marked a resurgence of interest in their earlier material, as the 20th anniversary spotlighted the lasting impact "Keep It a Secret" had on indie rock. Built to Spill remains known for their improvisational live shows, often varying their performances with extended solos and unique arrangements, further evidencing their dynamic presence within the music scene.
