Primus

On April 17, 2023, Primus took the stage at The Belasco in Los Angeles for a memorable performance of Tool's "Ænema," featuring special guests Danny Carey and Justin Chancellor from Tool, as well as Troy Van Leeuwen of Queens of the Stone Age. This live rendition came a couple of years after their 2020 album, "Conspiranoid," which showcased their eclectic style and progressive sound. Fans had a real treat, not only enjoying the mashup of distinct musical influences but also witnessing a unique camaraderie among these rock titans in a benefit concert for Jimmy Hayward. Primus is known for their distinctive blend of funk rock and experimental elements, so this collaboration was particularly exciting, combining the intricate rhythms and soundscapes of all involved.
