Before their electrifying New Year’s Eve show at Woodlands Tavern in Columbus on December 31, 2024, Dopapod had just released their self-titled album in 2022, which showcased their growth in blending progressive rock and jazz-fusion influences. This live performance, featuring the dynamic lineup of Eli Winderman on keyboards, Rob Compa on guitar, Neal "Fro" Evans on drums, and Chuck Jones on bass, exemplified the band's improvisational prowess and tight-knit synergy. Interestingly, Dopapod is known for their engaging live shows, often incorporating unique setlists that evolve each night. By this point in their career, they had solidified a passionate fan base, drawn in by their exploratory soundscapes and the unforgettable live experiences they deliver.
